Ordered my first ever Cuddle Clone on January 22 I was scared because of the reviews being 50/50, but I was determined to get myself a custom plush to remember my sweet baby who I had lost just one day before my order. My order was placed and I did sent some great pictures with so they could recreate the best clone possible. I came back everyday to Trustpilot and their own website to check on new reviews to see how the cats looked like but still tried to keep my expectations pretty low. Today on March 18 I received my Cuddle Clone package, I was so looking forward to this day it made me a bit anxious to open it up. But oh boy, I did not expect such a wonderful and overwhelming outcome. All the details and requests were there and he's just more than perfect to me. HUGE thank you to the artists putting all that detail and effort in my fur baby, they really outdid themselves. Now I can forever hold and cherish my sweet baby who I have lost too soon. + Great contact through mail, they kept me updated very well about every step of the process from starting to create and design the plush after 5-6 weeks to shipping updates. So don't you worry if you haven't heard from them for a few weeks, have patience! (although I know its hard) - I had mine delivered to the Netherlands (EU) and I had to pay for import and taxes at my door with DHL before receiving my package. So in the end it costed a lot more than expected, but to be honest after seeing my fur baby and having a piece of him back home... It's definitely worth every penny. Thank you Cuddle Clones!

My experience with Cuddle Clones has been a 10/10. I ordered a clone for my boy Brodie who passed away, who was a beautiful black and white pit bull mix with distinctive markings. I carefully picked out the best photos to show but tried to keep my expectations low. But when I opened the package and saw him, I just started crying. They did a FANTASTIC job, it looks just like him. They got his markings just right. And it's so realistic, he looks like he could get up and walk. The zipper pouch I requested is on his belly, not noticeable since he's lying down. I put his old collar on him and he's just perfect, I love to hold him. I paid $280 plus express shipping and would pay it again and again.

Cuddle Clones makes your pet loving dreams come true! My PJ's are so special to me. After losing both of our dogs last year, I feel so happy knowing I can still cuddle up with them each night to go to bed! Thank you!

This company uses deceptive business practices to scam you out of significant sums of money. They did not follow specifications or photos, and when I asked if I should request a refund or if they could fix it, they promised I would be satisfied with "alterations." The second version looked almost worse than the first. So they offer to fix it, at the expense of losing your right to a refund, then don't ACTUALLY fix what they say they will fix. (or, more likely, they probably just grab a pre-made plush off the shelf and sew a name tag on it). Then they outright refuse to do anything else to make things right. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Worst money I've ever spent. Badly screwed up my cat 3 times. Never got it right and I got zero of my money back. Do not support this company of frauds and theives

Looks like they just used a return for my order. I got a return but ended up not getting refunded on shipping even though they messed up my order. Shipping both way was over 80 dollars.

I ordered from Europe and 8 weeks after, i got a message from thé delivery agency saying that i need to pay for customs otherwise i wont get my parcel !!! This was NEVER mentionned while i was ordering ...

They never contacted me back when I wanted a plush alteration or refund. The Plush looked NOTHING like my dog. The hair sheds EVERYWHERE and was not even evenly cut. Avoid the headache, and devastation and don't order from them. I cried so hard when I got it, an insult to my pets memory.
