Update:1/2/24 *IT GETS WORSE* they reached out and refunded my rush shipping but have still not told me when I will recieve my package! Long story short IM LIVID!!!🤬 Ordered a short pajamas set for my brother whose cat passed away. Ordered it on December 6 2023. I have sent numerous emails askkng for updates only to find out my order was cancelled. Which i don’t understand cause its custom its not like they can resell it. I paid 25 dollars for rush shipping and it is now December 31 2023. Have not been refunded for the rush shipping. Have not recieved an update. They scam grieving people and its absolutely disgusting. I made various tiktoks about it to warn others. Also their phones conviently arent working🙄

Much like others here, I placed an order back in early December and no communication, not taking phone calls, no email responses and no updates. It’s understandable that there would be shipping delays and such but the lack of customer service is unacceptable. If you’re not shipping out or making the products surely you have time to respond to people with honesty about what’s going on. Seems like a scam to me now and at least I can still stop payment on my credit card.

I too ordered well before Christmas and received multiple emails around the 12th telling me it was my last chance to revise order before it was finalized. If I didn’t want revisions, I didn’t need to do anything. I didn’t do anything but then nothing more. A few days before Christmas, when it dawned on me I had not received the package, I started to call and email. The phones were not working, conveniently for them, and my emails were not answered. Then I received emails saying it was getting ready to ship. Well, thanks to their “great” service, I received the present for my daughter on December 29th, well after my daughter was here and gone. I ordered this blanket nearly a month before its arrival. I used this company in the past and was pleased with their service. That is no longer the case and I will not use again nor recommend them.

Paid extra for guaranteed by Christmas, after hearing my pajamas were in production the following day of ordering, I was feeling positive. It is now December 28th and I have sent two emails and heard nothing back. Do not guarantee something you cannot back up. Horrible customer service. Ordered December 4th.

Do not order from this company. Awful. They are thieves. They don’t respond to emails or call. They took my money and the products never arrived. I am updating my review because I was refunded. However, it took me writing this review to get a response from the company.

Buyer beware! Don’t do it! This was a complete scam! Ordered four pajama shorts on December 6 for Christmas presents. Paid an extra 50 for speedy delivery. I was sent a FedEx tracking number and the number was bogus. FedEx did not recognize the number. Received a message from FedEx that delivery was cancelled by the shipper. Contacted the support team at Cuddle clones numerous times and they just responded that my products were on the way and repeatedly provided the bogus tracking number. Received several messages back from FedEx once I tried to track the packages using this number and the messages stated that cuddle clones cancelled order. I never received a refund! I will be disputing with my credit card company! Shame on you!

CuddleClones has still not delivered. Ordered on 12/6/23 they still haven’t packed or processed. Meanwhile their competitor Artsadd delivered in 6 days. And Artsadd delivered a great pair of pajamas.

Would give zero stars if I could. Having the same experience as everyone else. Ordered 12/6, paid extra to have by Christmas, and it still isn’t here with no updates. I got one response blaming DHL strike but it looks like it hasn’t even been made.
