No product yet but 2 clarification emails make me feel better about their commitment to achieving the true likeness of our pup.

Overall very happy with our cuddle clone. Our Juneau looks fairly spot on the face is a bit longer and more pointy then what he actually was but that would be hard to tell from photos. The fur is a bit of a weird texture that would be my biggest complaint it’s kind of rough not like our soft boy. But overall again very happy!!!

I had asked the cuddle team if they had received my photos. They had asked me for more photos of our dog. I was pleased on how prompt of a response I got! They got right back to me! I really appreciated that! I had also ordered from cuddle clones before and was very pleased with the way they turned out! I ordered 2 yellow lab dogs. She was 15 and since has passed away! 😭She was the best dog ever!!! My kids grew up with her! These clones I ordered for my daughter and son for Christmas. When they arrived I was so excited to see them and thought they looked just like her!❤️ Now my kids can have these clones as a remembrance of her! We have since gotten another dog who will be 2 in November. Even though she is young I still wanted the same for this dog! For my kids to have a remembrance of her. I ordered 2 more clones and I am excited to see them and hopeful that these will be the same as the ones I had ordered before! 🤗

Overall Happy, But Expected a Little More for the Price Overall, I’m really happy with my Cuddle Clone and I’ll definitely be keeping it. It brings me comfort and is a lovely reminder of my beautiful Nova. The customer service was outstanding and deserves 5 stars. I was kept informed throughout every stage of the process, my order was completed very quickly, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. The reason I’m giving 4 stars overall is simply because, considering the premium price, I was hoping for an even more exact replica. Nova had very prominent eyebrows, which weren’t quite captured as I’d hoped, her tail was jet black whereas the clone’s tail is a little lighter, and the small white patch on her bum was missed. These are little details, but they were features that made Nova, Nova. That said, I know she had quite a complicated coat pattern, and I really do appreciate the effort that went into creating her. They captured her little spot patches and her white neck beautifully, which were some of her most recognisable features. Looking at her, I can absolutely see Nova’s likeness. I’ve seen some Cuddle Clones that are almost identical to the real pet, and others that are more of a close resemblance. I think it probably depends on how complex the markings are. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Cuddle Clones. Their customer service is excellent, the quality is lovely, and although I wish the likeness had been just that little bit closer for the price, I’m still grateful to have such a special keepsake of my girl. Thank you, Cuddle Clones.

We hope her Cuddle Clone continues to bring you comfort and happy memories for many years to come. ❤️

A little expensive but the pajamas arrived on time, but had a mistake that made them unusable. They corrected the mistake and sent new ones. Awesome customer service!

Please consider giving your customers the option to add angel wings to their cuddle clone. My kitten, Dino, passed away unexpectedly at 4 1/2 months old. “Some dream of angels, I held one in my arms.”
Response from Cuddle ClonesJan 27, 2026
Hi Noelle, Thank you so much for sharing your suggestion with us and for telling us a bit about Dino. I’m so sorry for your loss — I can only imagine how deeply you miss your little angel. We truly appreciate your idea about offering angel wings as an option for Cuddle Clones. It’s a beautiful way to honor a pet who’s passed, and I’ll make sure to pass your suggestion along to our team for consideration.

I have asked for changes to my clone. I don't feel like they understand. The last few pictures don't look like the made the changes I requested. Email response is fast and friendly.
