Don't worry if you have waited a while on your goods. I received my cuddle clone of my wee dog Ruby who i lost on 8th dec 2021. I just can't believe how close they got too looking like her. Took my breath away. It came today after waiting a while. But well worth the wait. I'm so so happy !

For starters worst customer service EVER. Have tried contacting them no less than 15 times to get a $85 pajama order straightened out. All i have received is half wit responses with no intention of correcting their mistakes. Panama sizes were completely incorrect and tagged incorrectly, my wife who wrats a size 0 pants can not foit in a large pajama bottoms. BUYER be aware, the positive reviews at their website are only ones they approve and allow to be posted.

I am still waiting on a product to be delivered on an order that I placed in mid November. They do not have a phone number and no one is responding to my emails. Terrible customer service!!

I have referred dozens of people to Cuddle Clones. I am not sure how, but all of a sudden, an eye is missing. Now, in the big scheme of things ,it’s not a big deal, but it was definitely sad to see my sweet boy with one eye. I sent an email explaining and asked if they could repair it. They don’t do that. Why not? That’s service. Besides being another arm for profit, that’s “being here for you.” Be “here for you” when you purchase one and are super happy, and when you have a little heartbreak and need a repair. I can’t possibly be the only one in this situation. I ordered another one, paid an extra $100 for a rush order, and asked if they could make a second left eye at the same time. Again, I am more than happy to purchase it. Charge $50, $100, Whatever. You have the original artwork. It’s possible and profitable. Sent three emails. Fell on deaf ears. No response except for a text to tell me my new one had shipped. Sure am hoping there’s an extra eye in there. I’m not betting on it. I’ll let you know.

Very poor communication. Received two emails that the items I ordered shipped on 12/11. It’s 1/13, the items are no longer tracking with DHL. emailed the info address for a refund.

I don’t know WHAT I received, but it was definitely not my Cookie :(. My childhood cat and best friend passed away a few months back. like we did with my orange tabby, we decided to get a custom stuffed animal of her so she and him could always be together. We got the orange one made from Petsies, but decided to try Cuddle Clones this time. Let me tell you, I wish I hadn’t 1. After I ordered, I received NO CONTACT for 4-5 weeks, and the website just said unfulfilled. I finally emailed asking for an update, and it was only then that I started to receive messages about the process. This leads to me believe they did not start until 4 weeks out when there’s an 8 week deadline. 2. I didn’t receive pictures of what they created to approve/debt/ indicate whether or not I was satisfied. My first time knowing what it would look like was when I got it in the mail. If I’m laying $300+ for a custom design of my furbaby, I want to see the result and suggest changes as necessary. Looking at the result I got, that would’ve been super helpful. 3. THE DESIGN! What. The. Actual. Eff. It doesn’t even look like a cat! It looks like an oversized rabbit that was created in the dark. Like, I want to know how this actually got approved as looking like my cat, because the only thing they got right was the fur coat macaral pattern. For reference, in real life, this cat was half the size of the orange one…the stuffed animal I received is bigger than the orange. I’m not one to usually leave bad reviews, but I’m incredibly disappointed. This cat meant to world to me and looking at this thing does not resonate with her memory. I’m sure people have had good experiences with the company, but this is just mine. If I was so give the company any advice, it would be to send picture updates….and if something happened that delayed the process, just let me know! I’d rather wait for a quality plush than get a rushed cat-rabbit that looks bloated.
