Good afternoon! My dear friend gave me a gift yesterday that absolutely touched my soul and is now one of my most prized possessions….a cuddle clone of my soul dog, Willow. My Willow passed away in January and a part of me died with her. Losing her absolutely wrecked me and it’s been a struggle to learn to live without her these last few months. When Jaime gave me this amazing gift, I burst into tears because it looked SO much like my Willy girl - everything from her beautiful brindle color, her ears, white marks on her chest and even down to the little skin tags she had on her face that I loved so much! I was absolutely amazed. When I hold little clone Willy or have her on the couch with me, it gives me such comfort like she’s still with me. I even fell asleep with her in my arms yesterday. There just aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am for this precious gift and what spectacular work your company did ❤️ Thank you so much for proving this wonderful service for all of us animal lovers! Priceless Thank you so much, Cuddle Clones for providing me with this unbeliavable plush clone of my deceased dog-daughter. I sleep every day with my arms around her, I talk to her and sometimes when I'm looking in her eyes I think and hope that she can see me back. I received my cuddly clone and i was in shock. How perfect amazing beautiful. It looked exactly like my furry baby Puchi. Which I miss and love with all my heart. Now I can see him every day and hug him as if he was still here with me memories forever. I will always treasure. Love this company. It was amazing how identical they were just love it.

I wanted a golf club head cover that looked like my dog, Googled that thought and I found the Cuddle Clones website. After looking into the process they gave for making that happen for me I couldn't help but to continue on with their company. Their customer service was terrific all around and the final product I received was just as amazing. I suggest looking at their site as a gift thought for anybody you know who loves their pet, there's so much more they offer than just my golf club head cover!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I lost my dog January 6th and ordered one of these a couple days later so that I could hold him again. I sent in tons of pictures and even filled up all of the extra slots. It looked nothing like my pet and they didn’t even use the eye color I chose. I was devastated when I opened the package. I had the option to return with a list of things to fix which idk how to even go about a list it needed completely redone or get a refund. I was going to get it repaired and I started reading reviews about how they sent for repairs and they sent back the same thing and now they have no more options. Basically sorry we are keeping your money. So I sadly decided that I will return it and try to find somewhere else that can make one even if I have to pay more. I paid 300 though and the worst part is I don’t even get all my money back. They are going to take shipping fees plus I had to pay 50 to ship back. They should send me my full refund plus reimbursement for my shipping. I wanted this more than any memorial item I ordered. Why should I lose money because they carelessly made my clone look nothing like my dog. I wouldn’t have wanted to return if you did a good job. I think they bank on making money off people somehow and don’t even care about what kind of product they send out now. I waited 3 months to hold my pet again only to open the package to see a dog I didn’t know.

Remarkable likeness of my fur baby that crossed the rainbow bridge 12/12/23. Very close attention to detail and her markings. My clone arrived in an exceptional time frame and was well worth the price! So thankful for this company and what they offer!

I was very happy with the results of how the plus clone of my dog who passed away a few years ago came out. It was like having him again around. Thank you so much for such a great product.
