What is it you aren't doing right? The attention to detail is over the top. The amount of pics is a bit of a task (especially if the fur baby has passed), but SO WORTH IT! My 13 yr old just lost her 1st bestie (our fur baby picked out her persoh on her own. This adorable puppy walked over and sat right at my, then 1 yr olds feet and never left her side for 12 years. She was hard to photograph because she was always on the run with my daughter. I've already received my 1st order (my husband's best bud) and it turned out amazing! Can't wait for my daughter to receive her bestie clone!

I was completely disappointed with the plush that was supposed to resemble my dog that had passed away. The plush looked nothing like my dog. The face was completely wrong and it looked like a different breed entirely than what was in my description and depicted in the pictures provided. I voiced my disappointment and asked for a revision. I provided numerous photos showing my dog in many different positions illustrating what he looked liked and submitted what needed to be revised. After waiting many weeks I received the revision which looked exactly like the original. I again contacted the company letting them know how disappointed my family was in the plush we received. I requesting a refund as I no longer had confidence that the company could successfully depict my dog. I was told that a refunnd was not possible but they could revise once again. I am not interested in another revision becauseI do not believe they can deliver a plush that looks like our beloved dog. I am tired of the long waits only to be disappointed. I would like a refund and was told no several times. I would never do business with this company again and will never reccomend them to anyone i know.

Many years ago I purchased a Cuddle Clone for my daughter after she lost her cat and it was just so beautiful. So when my Happy went to Rainbow Bridge I decided to purchase a Cuddle Clone of him to help me with my grief. I want to say thank you so very much to the amazing artists who recreated my precious Happy in such amazing detail. From his big front paws, to his curled tail the details were on point. They worked with me throughout the process to make sure everything was perfect. Even his soul mate Harley Quinn liked his clone, and I was very happy about that. I have him currently sitting in his favorite cat house and everyday I say hi and give him a pat on the head it has been wonderful. I know I won't ever have him back but I'm thankful to the Cuddle Clones company that I have something that I can hold and enjoy remembering all the memories of my beautiful boy. It was totally worth it.

It is my sincere pleasure to recommend Cuddle Clones to you. I recently had to say goodbye to my beloved Brody who was just a few days from turning 18. In 2019 I had to say goodbye to my Coco who was 11 due to cancer. I had both pups from birth. We shared so many wonderful adventures together throughout the years. They will never ever be forgotten. I came across Cuddle Clones through a web search. I was impressed with their work and reviews from clearly satisfied customers. I decided to have clones made of my dear pups (the bobbleheads). I excitedly uploaded pictures and provided some detail on Coco and Brody. Eight weeks seemed like an eternity. Manuela contacted me a few weeks in requesting additional pictures to get the details perfect. I sent the pictures along with a note of excitement and to my pleasant surprise received a very heartwarming reply from Manuela. It made my day. A real human with heartfelt emotions. The day my clones arrived I was actually nervous, but excited to see them. I just bawled my eyes out when I took them out of their boxes. They looked exactly like my little loves! Every detail was perfect! Every marking, their eyes their noses, the colors in their fur, just everything! My pups may be over the Rainbow Bridge, but thanks to Cuddle Clones, I found happiness and a sense of peace with the clones of my furry little loves. Cuddle Clones is a professional organization, with people who take their work seriously and produce unbelievable results! Top notch hands down! I recommend Cuddle Clones to everyone who has a pet and can't thank them enough for giving me the opportunity to see my little loves every single day!

Cuddle Clones gave me exactly what I needed when my little guy was diagnosed with terminal cancer. As soon as it arrived I was able to hold it just as if I was holding Chico. Our little guy is now at peace but the amount of detail put into this clone is amazing and it now it’s at my bedside:

I am struggling to search for the words to express my utmost gratitude for the Cuddle Clones company/brand. They have created the most authentic clone for my friends dog, Willow. The attention to detail and artistry is like NOTHING I have ever seen. Cuddle Clones is REALLY doing the Lord's work here. Willow passed in January this year of 2024. She was my friends, "soul animal". Her heart, her love, her life. My friend was positively devastated when she had to let go of Willow. The heartbreak she felt is an understatement. I NEVER want to see someone so close to me, suffer in that way again. It's GUT wrenching. And there's nothing you can say or do to console a person who is that devastated and so destroyed inside. I was really hoping that Cuddle Clones, could give my friend a sense of peace, closure, comfort, security, and BOY did they deliver. My friend is OVER THE MOON over her Cuddle Clone of Willow. She cried, she laughed, she hugged, she kissed, cried some more, smiled some more. ALL of the emotions. I simply can't thank the folks at Cuddle Clones ENOUGH for what they've done for my friends mental well being. Regarding the customer service with Cuddle Clones? THEY ARE THE BEST!!! BEST! BEST! BEST! Everyone single solitary person at Cuddle Clones that worked on Willow, were so unbelievably PATIENT with me. They were so very understanding and supportive. Always asking me questions or asking for my photo's of Willow, so that they could be SURE about getting all of the details right. I seriously have never had a MORE wonderful experience with a customer service/support staff, then I did with Cuddle Clones. Manuela was with me EVERY step of the way. From the initial order, to the customization process, to just being down right "kind" to me and then to the final delivery. Again, I simply can't express how PATIENT they are. The patients of a Saint. Manuela is a TRUE Gem with Cuddle Clones. I feel like, Manuela and I are friends now :) I hope that this review will provide Cuddle Clones with more business, because they are SO worth it. It is rare in this day and age, to find a company that is SO unbelievably kind, especially with their customer support. It is something to be valued.
