Although Ralph in Port St. Lucie on U.S. 1 did not have any 10x20 units available, he wash extremely helpful in advising on the size unit I would need, and I anticipate of doing business with him in the near future.

At the Broussard, LA CubeSmart, Alen was efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. I visited four (4) storage companies before choosing this business and location today. Alen demonstrated the kind of management skills I value.

Jonathan at the 990 S Boulder Hwy Henderson, NV location was very helpful. He explained all of our options, answered our questions we had without being overbearing. He took us to look at a unit to make sure it was what we were wanting. Would definitely recommend this location if you were considering a storage facility.

Professional service with a smile, I am currently renting a 10x20 storage space and a outside parking space for my jet ski trailer. The team members at this facility made my experience so stress free as I am relocating from New Jersey to Florida with a very limited time frame. They went above and beyond to accommodate me in such a short time to which I am very grateful, a special shout out to Don for going above and beyond in my experience smooth and stress free.

I would like to mention the assistant manager at cubesmart in lancaster ca where i had to conduct business with Jasmine Chavez. she showed a very professional manner when I was paying my bill on April 8th 2022. I have been in the office several times when she was working. I think she is a very exceptional person when dealing with a variety of customers than come in and out of the office on a daily basis. Thank you very much for your professional personality. Charlotte

My husband & I were looking for a storage facility. CubeSmart Self Storage on 95 Rabbit Road, Salisbury MA is in a convenient location, offers the size we need & is reasonably priced. This storage facility is immaculate, a quiet, safe & secure place & very well run. Curtis, the general manager, set us up with a storage rental right away. He was very thorough & knowledgeable. He explained everything & answered any questions we had. Curtis is kind, very friendly & very professional as well. He brought us down to the storage bin we would be renting to make sure the size of it would fit our needs & that the locking mechanism ran smoothly. He provided outstanding customer service. It is very obvious that he enjoys what does. Curtis, thank you again. Brian & Jodi
