This place is the best place I have ever had a storage at! Cassidy is always nice and even help me with any problems I have immediately... I love the security and on site management. I really enjoyed the peace and security I feel having my things there. It is all because of Cassidy!

Being new to renting a storage unit, I was very appreciative of the help I received from Catalina, who works at the #603 CubeSmart facility in Bartlett, IL. She answered all of my questions and was very professional and polite. Every employee should treat their customers like Catalina did.

I have just moved into the new cubesmart in Rock Hill SC. As a nonprofit organization we were searching for a location near our organization. I've read a lot of negative reviews about cubesmart, but I have to say that the GM- Pam made us feel welcomed and safe. She is certainly energetic and is managing a new location with little staff. we can appreciate this as growth and income have to meet. It is disappointing that cubesmart does not work with the local nonprofit community, we hope that this will change in the future. Being connected with the community that you serve is always a plus. We are giving Pam and cubesmart 4 Stars to start. We will update you our local community as the journey and our relationship grows. Looking forward to it! Thank you Pamela_ Great job !

CubeSmart a new way to store what you do not use at home, CubeSmart has spaces of different sizes, the largest even to store the furniture of a house. First class service, the secretary is a smart person who guides you from start to finish always with a smile. All lovely and secure, with your password you can enter at any time. I am really happy to use CineSmart. 4109

Newport, KY location was great. The facility was very clean and dollies were always available for us. I believe Paul was working the day I had left and he was very personable and helpful during this process. I would definitely recommended this location to a friend.
