I rented a unit about 6 months ago they have always been real nice to me and accomadating until now im moving out in a week and my payment was due 2 days ago i asked them if they could pro rate it so i didnt have to pay a full month they said no so i have to pay a full months rent for one week they are ripping me off bad . im a widow on disability and just barely got a place to live move in one week . and if i dont pay they will put a lock on it . and i cant physically move it all 2 times . so im getting screwed and i think its wrong and should be illegal for them to bank off people like that .ill never rent from them again and ill advice anyone and everyone i can not t also they are very rude about it . thanks cube smart for ripping off a widow with very little money .i appreciate it.although i do want to say that the lady audri robinson that works there is super cool and real nice and helpful. Thumbs up to her for sure. Thanks audri

if it wasn't Wendy Kaplan at 0508 i would be gone they raise the rates so fast . i have been with they for 20 yrs. they seen to only care about how much they can get from their customers . only wendy show any customer relations at all

This is my second time using them and will be the last. I got behind a half a month and no one could take my payment for the balance of the half of the month. I expected the manger to call me back to take the payment or the gentlemen whom I spoke to and heard nothing. The following month I could not make next payment on time and tried to get caught up and they WOULD NOT take it. ITS ALL OR NOTHING.. I think that this is the wrong approach and they should work with you if you make effort to call and pay. It seems like they want you to lose your unit so they can sale it. I looked on line and they have plenty of empty units available. So if you are struggling I suggest going else where.

payment renewal options and updates are not user/customer friendly the branch location phone is often not working properly the phone rings and rings - no one picks up - no voicemail as a result, you spend your time going into the branch to resolve issues that should easily be taken care of over the phone - even then, they don't get resolved

I thought I had autopay set up for my monthly payment, but no payment was taken out when payment was due. So, I went to the Web site and manually paid for the one monthly payment due. Exactly what was happening while I was making this payment was unclear, then I get confirmation from Cubesmart that I made two payments for the same bill!?!?! Why did autopay not work? There's no telling, so I have disabled it. Why did Cubesmart then charge me twice for the same payment due? I don't know, but after 30 years of Web sites being developed this one should know how to process a single payment and not subsequently accept payment for an amount that is no longer due. If you care about customer service, Cubesmart, you'll fix your online payment mechanism and test it with some real users before you force your good customers to use it.
