A few days ago this was storage choice and I had 24 hour access I just spent the last hour and a half loading my car up and I get here and it's now CubeSmart which ain't so smart because now I have one light at all my stuff and I can't put away. I am super duper unhappy with CubeSmart

What's with the new thing now inconveniencing your own customers?! So before you could call and make a payment and be done with it but now they won't do that because its not a "secure line", well get one! So they give you this auto number to call. I asked the maneger if they charge and he said yes, $1.25. Bull$ hit they charge you $3 for making a payment! This has to be the most a $$ back wards $ hit I've ever seen. This just lost with me big time! Why are you gonna look for ways to char6more the people that already there do that to the new people.

Not only is this the most expensive storage places around but the spaces themselves are old rotting decaying and rusty!! They charge RIDICULOUS high late charges and without notice they raise the rent!!! DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE!!! I am BEYOND disappointed with the crappy service!! Their employees quit extremely often!! These places suck!! Marburg Ave in Cincinnati,Ohio is the worst!!!

With over five decades on this Earth I have NEVER HAD AN EVEN WORSE EXPERIENCE than, what I've had in doing 3 years of business with Cube Smart in Dania Beach, FL. Everything from head games to surprise raises in rent, numerous weeks of unnecessary weeks of stress and lies straight from managers mouths. One manager in particular Donald Neptune, was psychologically harmful to me on countless occasions. Laughing at my storage situation and lying about it going to Auction. He insisted I had to come in to the storage unit and pay my rental bill and that was my ONLY option. He continued to say that's the way it will be EVERY MONTH! I claimed how absurd that requirement was. I said "What if I were on a 3 month road exhibit selling my art, what would be my options Donald? ". He then replied, "just leave for one month". I've written reviews on CubeSmart Storage @ 4100 Central Ave in Albuquerque, NM several times and here I come again. It's a horrible thing to not only over pay for substandard service, but to be dealt with by staff with such hostility and ignorance jus adds to it. A few weeks ago, while working in my storage two police officers approached me, hands on guns and asked if I noticed a lady trying to break into units. Odd and startling question. I responded "no" and stated "if I had I would have reported so immediately. The officers moved on. I went to this office to ask what was going on. The office staff person which was the only one present refused me, a customer what was going on or if I should be concerned. I noticed several police cars in the parking lot as both a white lady and man were handcuffed what was going on. The officer informed me that the couple who had entry into the parking lot and building had stolen a car, drove into the gated parking lot which requires a code, ran into the storage areas and were found hiding. The other day, that same employee who refused to tell me what was going on was directing a new occupant to his unit and told the man that a few months into the opening of this CubeSmart gunshots were fired into the second and third floor windows. If I were able, I'd move from this facility. No one should have to deal with the problems here. Bathrooms are not stocked with toilet tissue, there smell of urine and feces. I encourage the public to seek services elsewhere.

Used a local storage company, they apparently sold to CubeSmart. This unit was in Meriden Ct. I was on autopay but CubeSmart couldn’t seem to get that set up. I ended up behind. They added so many fees. I called asked them to please give me one more week to pay. The women said that was fine and no problem. Yeah they sold everything I own during that week!! If you need storage unit run from them don’t every give them anything unless you want to lose everything and be lied to daily!!

Manager at the cube smart on 1093 in katy is so rude. Ill never understand how people who are so rude for no reason. When your dealing with customers you would think a friendly attitude would be a must but not at this place. Weve had 3 units at this location for the past 2 months and everytime ive had a question she answers me very short and rude. We will be moving our stuff out of here asap

Don't rent from CubeSmart Storage period! - we were robbed in three of our units there and police reports were filled out. Their insurance company wouldn't pay anything because they said there was no broken locks? We had purchased the special locks from CubeSmart and they disappeared, so how did they open them? - seemed like an inside job. One unit had antique furniture. This happened at the storage units in Thousand Palms CA and shortly after these incidents CubeSmart sold out to another company.
