The experience with customer Service Representative Lexi was very welcoming and pleasant. You need to hire more people like her that care and take the time with a person’s questions & needs. Lexi talks to you and not at you Big difference!

I've been a CubeSmart tenant since they opened in Bethpage years ago I was one of the first to join I've since moved to a few different units downsizing as I go.. I've just completed another downsize October 2025 and the young lady in the office Nataly was so very helpful and knowledgeable and she completed the transaction perfectly.. I approached her she was busy with something else but she stopped what she was doing and spent 15 minutes showing me the new unit and completing the paperwork.. she's an excellent associate.. thank you Joe

Great place to store items. Customer service is top notch.

I have rented many storage places before, but CubeSmart is the best ever. So glad I called to find out all the information about renting a place. BEST PRICES EVER. So clean and the workers are so nice and helpful. So glad I found them.

I've been with Cube Smart in Stockton CA for over a year and the team there is the most helpful group of people that really are understanding and help to ensur3e my storage there is always safe and secure and always keep in contact with me whenever they may be a problem. Sonia and Raquel are a great team and they make me choosing cube smart as my storage provider an easy decision. If you ever need a storage in Stockton Cube Smart on Turnpike is my best recommendation and I love being apart of a storage that takes care of the customers needs first and that is what they do for me everytime. So thanks Guys for all your help and keep up the good work

The Cube Smart on Monroe St. Mi. The Representative phoned about my unit looked locked, but it was not, so ran down there to see what she was talking about. And it was not locked, After I checked the unit, nothing was amiss. I did make sure it was locked. Talked to representative before I left and thanked her, she was very pleasant and kind
