Very friendly and will do anything to help you. I check other storages and no one was more helpful and honest in the representation then this one Other come with adding fee and selling you the lock mandatory. Always somebody there during the hours. Highly recommend.

Outstanding and pleasant service from customer service to management. Very helpful and friendly atmosphere. I personally have 3 units and each one is clean and very well kept. I research and visit around 3-4 different company before I decided to go with them. Best decision ever.

We just completed a 1400 mile move. It went smoothly and without any problems. A good portion of this success can be attributed to Terrance Rokosh, the manager of store 0427. I have been in contact with Terrance for the past 6 weeks. He was accommodating and very knowledgeable. Our household items arrived before we did and Terrance ensured that they were safely stored in our unit. As long as you have employees like Terrance and General Manager Penny Burton, you will have continued success.

Montgomery unit is very nice. The truck they have is so super helpful. Couldn’t have moved with out it. The storage units has a very nice restroom make and female comparable to holiday inn guest restroom. People were very nice and very helpful.
