Great service. Shirley was very helpful and went beyond her limit to make sure all my needs were met. Room rates are also lower then others and you still get great quality rooms.

Store 5087 Ms. Elaine Sargeant greeted us with a warm smile and proceeded to ask us would we like coffee or water? With good eye contact, shuck each of our hands and introduced herself and proceeded to listen. An excellent demonstration of professionalism.

Thank you, Bill and Debra. Glad you were there at the Viera Blvd CubeSmart to make the rental easy and friendly.

CubeSmart Staff was outstanding

Narissa at the Jamaica Queens location was very professional. She took her time and educated me on everything I needed to know. I wish more employees were like her. If she keeps this up she will be getting a raise soon. CubeSmart is a clean place to keep my storage and at a great price.

Marie Johnston help me out so much. She was very efficient and I’d recommend anyone to go to her. Excellent customer service. (Naperville location) -Charlotte scott
