I was very satisfied with the service and professionalism that I experienced for my storage unit. The units are clean and cameras everywhere. I felt safe! Very accommodating. I was given an upper storage unit and requested to change to a lower one. It was not problem at all to switch. I highly recommend!!

I rent at cubesmart in s.grafton. And there is a new girl that works there. She is the friendliest. Comes out every Sunday, walking the site. Saying hello to all the customers at there space. Sweetest ever.

We Have moved from Texas to Elgin SC. We called several self-storage places and found that CubeSmart is the optimum for us as a service feasibility and cost as well. We called and reserved two units. Our belonging arrived in 18-wheeler truck and it was very easy for the driver to get around to our units. The units in CubeSmart are easily accessible, clean, nice and safely guarded. The managing staff of this facility are prompt, helpful and always looking after your convenience. The general manager Diana Kelly is very professional, courteous and always offer thoughtful help to clients. This place is highly recommended.
