CubeSmart Self StorageReviews of cubesmart.com

I have a lot of experience with storage places because I always have too much stuff and I like a neat house. I rented a cubicle yesterday at CubeSmart on Pine Island Road in Cape Coral, FL. The gentleman that waited on me was polite, efficient and went out of his way to make sure that I selected the right cubicle, according to size and location. The buildings are so clean and so well lighted, I am not used to that level in PA. Thank you for a great experience. I am glad I chose this company and location.

I love the one in Fairhope. The people are so friendly. There is a young lady I ask for her name and she said Jhakeera Salter. The best lady ever! I love the sweet voice she give me a good understanding of everything and Willy to go out the way to help. I will call all my family n friends and tell them to use the one in Fairhope and ask to speak to this young lady. Some places you go you already set yourself up for the nasty attitude and the smart mouth. I received from a lady about a week or so ago there! Thanks for the help young lady not only that you really made my day!

I’m in the process of downsizing, GENERAL MANAGER CINDY DENISON & MANAGER ANNA MORRICE, couldn’t have been more helpful in getting me a smaller unit . It’s located in PALM HARBOR , FL. 31100 U.S. 19 N .

From the first phone call to reserve a unit to move in day my experience with CubeSmart store 0791 has been excellent! Wendy and Doug have been so helpful, professional, and caring! Wendy helped me get into the perfect unit after visiting the store and discovering I needed a larger space. I feel completely satisfied knowing how safe the site is.

Cube smart on State E. State St. Terrific service Valentine Maldonado does great service for that company. If you need something done from him he find a way to get it done and help you until it’s done. Would never go anywhere else to get my to get my things stored. Perfect place to store all your items.

I was extremely pleased with my Cubesmart experience. 5 star plus. I left Extra Space Storage after almost 20 years because of a massive rat infestation and how that company's policies dealt with the situation. I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness of my Cubesmart facility and was confident that after a month that I would not have the same rat experience here. Also much praise to the staff led by Orlando Colon and his coworker Juan. They are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They responded to all my needs in a very timely fashion and to my satisfaction. They have very clean bathrooms which is my wife's main test for cleanliness. I highly recommend this facility.

Thus far I have appreciated my experience with Bee Safe, the Bee Safe Storage Customer Care Store Representative Michelle. It was clean and convenient! She was effective, and demonstrated very good interpersonal skills! Michelle was inviting, engaging, knowledgeable and worked very hard to make sure it was a smooth process, stress free process. Thank you Be Safe, I do plan on recommending to my friends. Regards, Shondell

I rented a weather proof indoor heated unit for my mother for almost a year with cubesmart. It was a little pricey, but worth every penny. We rented a unit in Sturbridge Ma and the facilities are clean & well gated. The employees are all friendly. Would definitely rent from them again!
