CTS did well!
Through email, I asked a couple of questions that were not obvious to the un-initiated, and I rc'd answers back nearly immediately, on an expensive part that had a different number. Thanks kindly to Mike, who then followed up with a call (!!!) to ensure I understood what I was purchasing, and that it is the correct part! Thanks to everyone at CTS as well!
