The entire CrystalPlus experience was excellent!
I wanted a poem that I had written for a couple as a wedding gift to be presented in a very special way. Ostensibly nothing on the website seemed to look quite like anything I envisioned but I gave it a try selecting the Custom Preferences for a CrystalPlus piece I'd selected. I copied in my prose to be engraved with additional instructions regarding the font, names, different font for the names, size of the various fonts, etc. Feedback was almost immediate! The mock up/proof helped me see how my instructions looked and it was very helpful. I made some modifications with further instructions using the text windows provided. Voila!! Perfection! A beautiful keep sake and gift I was proud to present. Notifications via email informed me of the status of my project; proof, acceptance of proof, production, completion, and shipment. It arrived on time and in an excellent black presentation/gift box which I delivered to the couple. They loved it!! The Quality of the crystal and the engraving was Five Star. Thanks for a job very well done. When I need another crystal project done CrystalPlus is in my Bookmarks.
