I ORDERED FLUTES TO CELEBRATE A FAMILY WEDDING. IT WAS GREAT TO SEE THE ETCHING ON-LINE BEFORE THEY DID IT. THEY ARRIVED AS PROMISED AND ARE JUST BEAUTIFUL.

Exactly as I expected. On time. Perfect quality. Excellent service. Very good system on signing off on proofs. I needed to modify the order midstream and they were friendly and accommodating. Shipping and packaging very safe. Cut no corners. Will use again for certain.

Did a beautiful job engraving a quality product. Our intricate logo turned out beautifully. My only negative was that the item I wanted was back ordered and when I called back to reorder, it was out of stock again! I did finally receive the item I wanted, and it was truly lovely.

We had never before ordered from CrystalPlus.com and really did not know what to expect. However, we took a chance and ordered a vase with engraving and, WOW! We could not be more pleased with our order! The vase is stunning and the engraving is beautifully done! The ordering process was quite simple. Our company logo was uploaded to their ordering page along with the wording needed to be engraved upon the vase. A proof was emailed to us within 24 hours. Once we approved the proof, our order went into production and we received the vase within 5 days! The vase was so well packaged to protect it, which was another concern of ours. But, it arrived wrapped in foam and tissue paper inside of a fitted box which was then packed into a larger box filled with packing material. We will not hesitate to order from CrystalPlus.com again!
