I purchased a crystal football trophy as a gift for a client of mine when their transaction closed for the sale of their business (we had used a football analogy throughout their deal so it was fitting). The day the trophy arrived I got a call from them saying that it was one of the most thoughtful gifts they had ever received. I ordered a heart-shaped piece w/inscription for my niece who is graduating RN school. It was exactly as I requested. I was also very impressed with procedures in place @ CrystalPlus keeping me informed of the process..........i.e. 'Received your order' 'Someone will be in touch' 'This is what your order will look like. Confirm if correct.' 'Your order has shipped' 'Please confirm receipt of your order' Very happy with my product. It was all, and then some, of what I expected.

Initially, I ordered my product online with engraved text in color blue. And I called back with leaving a voicemail to change the color to green since it was after the work hour. In the early morning the next day, the customer service called back and confirmed my change. I was also impressed that The customer service gave me a call two days after the text proof required email sent to me, since they had not heard back from me. We found that the orginal email went to junk box. And she was patiently waiting for me to discover it. So I highly recommend Crystalplus for their service is great!

I ordered a gift for a retirement lunch for a member. It came out perfectly and arrived on time even though I proofed the copy a bit late. He was thrilled with the gift including quality and design. Their great customer services really help me make this gift presentation a success.

The end product was great but this company strongly urges customers to only use the website for orders. Website ordering took some navigating, but got it done. I was denied the request to simply order through email with an actual person.
