My daughter was in a forensics tournament and won an engraved glass plaque. However, before she could get home with it, it was broken into a mlion pieces. Needless to say she was devastated. I searched online to find a company that might replicate it and I found Crystal Plus. The whole process was easy and efficient. The plaque ended up looking EXACTLY like the original one that my daughter won. You guys are AWESOME. Thank you so much!!!!!

I had a relatively simple order, custom glasses with each groomsman's name on them and "Groomsman" underneath, with the exception of the best man's which read "Best Man." Got the proof in a timely manner, it looked great, I approved it and got the glasses not much later. Fantastic and simple.

I was pleased with the product we received. It was even more beautiful than pictured. The recipient was happy with it also. The proof was available the next day as promised, and shipped shortly after the order was placed.

We received so many compliments on the glasses at the reception. Our two brides love fed them. They will keep them forever and use them every year on April 10th. They were shipped beautifully and very securely. We paid for rush shipping and they didn't have to use all the shipping money and they refunded the difference.

I have not had such great service from an online company ever! I needed two retirement gift vases and ordered and received them within 8 days and even reviewed it twice with one change. Thank you so much for making the celebration a success!

The online order process was so simple, and the end product ( which arrived in record time) is exquisite.
