Fast, great quality and superb customer service.

Our organization was honoring a leader as his tenure came to an end. After multiple disappointments from local trophy stores, I went online and landed on CrystalPlus.com. We purchased the 12" Empire diamond with the ability to put our logo on it. The staff was quick with proofing the order and it was delivered to us in 3 days. From the options, to the friendly staff, the proofing process, the nice packaging and the final product...PERFECT!

Product arrived on time and as described. Team was very easy to work with, proof was set out in a timely manner, approval was easy, and product arrived exactly as described and customized.

Products were easy to order and look great in person.

The quality was excellent. It arrived on time and was more beautiful than I imagined.

I found this company in an Internet search so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I am So happy I did! The service and quality is excellent! I needed some help with an inscription and the young woman I spoke with was so helpful! She even called me back with another great suggestion. I received the glasses and they are perfect! Such high quality and shipped very safely. I can't wait to give them to my parents for their anniversary. I highly recommend this company. I will order from them again.
