The customized product we received was exactly as we had hoped and was of top-notch quality. During shipment, there was an issue with the carrier in terms of the delivery method. However, upon contacting customer support, I learned they had already taken proactive steps to resolve the issue with the carrier in advance, so the product arrived later that day as expected.
