This is my second experience with Crystal Plus, one for retirements and the most recent for 3 bereavement remembrances for children. From the beginning of the ordering, the artwork staff creativity, the prompt service due to the time constraints from one coast to the other and the customer service was all fantastic! I purchased 6 Waterford glasses and two champagne flutes for my brother's wedding. I had them personalized. Crystal Plus sent me proofs of how it looked and we chatted on line and made some tweaks and they came out beautifully. I was in a very short time line and did not want to pay extra for expedited shipping. They finished the products and shipped them a day early and I got my gifts 2 days earlier than expected. So my experience (first time) just found them on the web was very pleasant. I would recommend them.
