This was a wedding present for my niece and her new husband. It was better than the pictures. I would recommend this company for awards or gifts.

Wonderful experience. The only issue is that the etching is not very legible :( It's too light and faint.

My beautiful trophy arrived today - a crystal engraved globe ifor a retirement party. The trophy is really stunning - beautifully presented in a nice display box, packaged very carefully for shipping. I'm excited to present this at our event. That would be sufficient for any 5-star rating, but my shipment was lost in transit for a day or two, and the customer service was what really stood out. Your representative assured me not to worry, that we would figure out a solution if the trophy didn't turn up. She even returned my call after hours to see if I had heard from FedEx yet. I will definitely recommend you to all of my colleagues - you completely took the stress out of my event planning. Thank you!

The Riedel wine glasses I ordered are just want I wanted. I uploaded my photo and quote to be engraved, and they arrived in perfect condition in a very timely manner. I will definitely come back to CrystalPlus for other special occasion purchases!

The memo pad holder I ordered came carefully packaged and arrived undamaged and in beautiful condition. The only point of confusion came when I tried to lift the top of the memo pad, thinking it lifted up in order to insert a memo pad underneath. It was one solid piece! I returned to the website and product description to see if I had missed this feature, but could find no mention of it. Perhaps it would be helpful to the online shopper to be able to read all the features of the products, when a feature like this is not readily visible.
