CrystalPlus.comReviews of crystalplus.com

My item was shipped in a timely manner. It arrived in a protected box to keep from breaking. The crystal was clear and pretty and i loved how you could make changes before it was made. Totally satisfied!!

I had a short turn around to receive award items for a fundraiser. I spoke with a rep to ensure the best shipping option. I even had to make a correction on the proof and the turn around was same day. When the items arrived all were pleased, it was even better than the image online.

The web site was easy to use and provided the information needed to order my item. Would recommend requesting a proof. Great service, quick turnaround and beautiful results. Very pleased with the quality of the plaque.

The quality of the custom etched glasses we received was very good and the process to order the custom work was easy to execute and was done quickly and correctly - nice job!

I needed a memento for a friend that was leaving her position. Our committee had many options in mind but finally thought your wineglasses were the best choice of gift. It couldn't be easier to order and having the custom artwork done was simple. I am very pleased with the glasses and also with your service and communication. Thanks!

The ordering process is fantastic, especially the review before production.

from start to finish, a first class operation and a perfect outcome. Both the organization and the recipient were impressed with the quality of workmanship. Would recommend to anyone.

Product came as I have customized it, and looks even better in real life.
