Product beyond my expectations!
Did a custom artwork upload; they did a fabulous job! I loved being able to see the proofs, & make changes until it was right. The finished product was perfect! Very professional job!

Poor customer service great product
The employees that answer the phone were not helpful. Manager on duty was very rude and would not listen when I tried to speak to her about the later delivery than promised. She just talked over me and was rude as well. The item arrived two days later than I paid for and the company wouldn't reimburse me for the extra shipping cost I paid for but didn't receive.

After looking into your order records, we understand that you are dissatisfied due to the transit time for the arrival of your package. Please note, we shipped the order with the 3 Day Air shipping method via. FedEx as selected during checkout. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding in that FedEx counts weekends as transit time, which are not standard shipping/ service delivery days provided by UPS or FedEx - without additional charge of Saturday delivery; We have no way to control how FedEx conducts their shipping transit. Additionally, we also indicated that the shipping transit time does not include weekends or holidays on the shipping method selection during checkout. Thus, we hope you recognize that we have offered the proper services and shipped with the requested 3 Day Air method and the order did arrive on time. Fantastic.

Crystal Plus was able to design exacatly what was needed and delivered within 5 days.
I ordered two Business Partner of the Year awards and Crystal Plus was able to logo and design just what was needed. I will continue to go through Crystal Plus for any future awards.
