Great travel agent! She was very helpful, thorough and pleasant.

Cruises.com mis-represented an excursion. Immediately upon discover of what was provided, I canceled the excursion and they refused to refund the $400. BEWARE.

This was our first cruise. Everything was first rate. People were so friendly and helpful, Elizabeth at the 4th floor Meridian restaurant was especially helpful. Met us at the entrance and made sure we had a great time

Maria was very professional and also Manuel. It is a testament to both of these individuals that I chose Cruise.com for my booking. They should be commended for doing a magnificent job
