Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Absolutely love our picture!

Good work on the canva, I made it change 3 times before I was completely satisfied, I craw and paw always went in my direction, they really care about the costumers feelings. I am now waiting for the sending, hope it will arrive in time because I know they are not often on time.. I recommend anyway.

I’ve ordered several. I love these.

Great options to choose from. I picked the two pet canvas and I like how easy it was and how I was able to choose which dog is placed where. The only suggestion I have is possibly providing more options for certain styles. I noticed that for the one canvas I picked didn't show an option for a mug. I might have not searched thoroughly but an more options for each canvas would be great. Can't wait to see how it turns out!

Crown and Paw has caught my eyes many times before with all the funny and cool themed portraits of people’s pets. My nieces recently lost their beloved dog and family member Zombie. I felt their pain and sadness but couldn’t do much since I live across the country. I wanted to get something that would help lighten the mood but at the same time help them heal by having something to remember him by. Crown and Paw came to mind and a themed portrait of Zombie would be that perfect gift. I must be honest, the first photo I was sent was a great laugh, but was definitely not the best work. I was impatient due to wanting it done and sent a.s.a.p and wasn’t happy at first. That’s where Kat from the company came into the picture to personally make sure I was satisfied and help me along the way. I was afraid to make a lot of revisions and changes at first, but Kat was there every step of the way which made me feel comfortable. I could see that she truly cared and was willing to do whatever it takes. I can now say that I’ve finally approved my image after a few revisions and it has been sent to print. I can’t wait for my nieces to receive it. It will be worth every penny spent because seeing them smile is priceless in my book. I can’t thank Kat and the Crown and Paw team enough. The extra care and service they provided me was top notch. I would purchase again and would definitely recommend to everyone. Word of advice: Don’t be afraid to make revisions, ask questions, etc. Some businesses may get annoyed or aggravated, but from my experience and to give everyone peace and mind. This business truly cares and will do whatever it takes to make sure you’re happy.

Customer service and response was quick and helpful. Will purchase from again.
