I ordered two portraits. I was pleased with one and dissatisfied with the other. I had requested an update to one to make the cat look bigger as my Earl was a hefty guy, but that was categorized as a major costume change and declined by the artist. I tried to submit additional revisions but that option was greyed out for me. It looks like they may have already shipped the artwork. This is particularly disappointing because the portrait is of my cat who just passed away two days ago, and it really does not do him justice. I will not be ordering from Crown and Paw again.

Did not have a great experience with the live chat member who would not help me understand why there were so many poor complaints on BBB. Upon ordering, the timeframe of 10-13 days for artwork preview was sprung on me after it had literally said in a previous email it would be 2-3 days after the order. Very skeptical about the delivery timeframe that the customer service rep guaranteed.

Thank you so much for your feedback, Josh! We are sorry that the whole experience has not been pleasant to you via our Live chat service. Apologies for the confusion on the timeframe with orders, expect your artwork to be ready 2-3 days after you placed your order. We'll print and ship your order within 1-2 days of you approving your artwork. Again, we are so sorry for this.. Do get in touch with us in case you need further assistance on this matter. Thank you for choosing Crown and Paw! ❤️👑🐾

They did a great job in communicating and reaching out regarding approval of art work. It was pretty timely, with in 24 hours sometimes less. My fur baby passed away the day after ordering & I have not received it yet as I’ve just given final approval of the artwork. But I am very excited foe it to get here. It will be a part of her memorial. It looks just like her! I love it.
Response from Crown & PawMar 26, 2021
We are so sorry for your loss, Porsha! We feel honored to have been able to create an artwork for your sweet fur baby! I really hope that this will serve as a lasting reminder of the good times and fond memories you all shared together. Thank you for choosing Crown and Paw and thank you so much for the wonderful 5 stars!❤️👑🐾
