Couldn't be happier with the "painting" and the framing! Needed to order it rushed and they got it all done and to me quickly without compromising the quality. Thank you!

This is such a wonderful company. I’ve ordered three portraits now and they’ve been worth every penny! My most recent was of our rescue dog that we just adopted. We wanted a portrait of him to go with the one we already have of our cat. Unfortunately I wasn’t home when I placed the order nad ordered the wrong size. I reached out to customer service who was so nice and understanding. They gave me a discount on my next order of the correct size and we can’t wait for it to arrive!

I’ve used this company twice. My oldest son‘s cat died and he was very upset. When I presented his picture to him he was so touched. He even had the at work put on a tapestry as well. Well my youngest son‘s cat is now dying. I had one made for him as well and he totally loves it. They both have a wonderful remembrance of their cats and can display them in their homes. I got text and emails letting me approve the artwork, when the item was shipped, and when it arrived.

I placed my order on 3/22 and it’s now 3/26. Still waiting on my revisions for the second time! The first time they did not fix anything I asked but sent the exact same photo to me to approve once again. Also, the button to send a revision on the email link would never work (twice), it would never highlight so I could submit anything -so I ended up having to email customer service to get my revision request across (twice). This has taken an awfully long time to get this done, too long. I almost don’t even want it anymore
