Customer service saves the day!
It may very well be user error on my part but.. I fumbled multiple times in the ordering process. However, your customer service was outstanding and Korinne (and others) really stepped up to assist me. Like you said, the product is great and deserves 5 Stars, thats a given, but your customer service team gets 6 Stars in my book. Just wish I could say the same about the website. Clunky, confusing, inelegant.... KN
