The Best Gift She's EVER Received!
My wife LOVED the portrait of our cat, Kylo Ren. He looks so regal! She laughed hysterically for at least 5 minutes. She loves it so much, she sent a picture of it to everyone she knows. She called it the best gift she's ever received! Thank you Crown and Paw!

I found the pricing confusing and the website not fit for purpose in places. I started shopping with UK £ prices which then switched to US dollars so the final price was far more than expected. For something that was supposed to be £43.95. Somehow turned out to be £60.78 as delivery and VAT I believe were added and then I’ve seen I’ve been charged an additional £1.67 non Sterling fee. When the image came through I was unable to confirm any “revision” notes, the button wasn’t working for whatever reason, so I gave up and just submitted as it. Fingers crossed the actual portrait is decent - but could be waiting weeks for it. Not that impresses so far.

Thank you so much for your feedback, Betty! We are sorry that the whole experience has not been pleasant to you. Apologies for the confusion on the charges. Though the website may show prices in your local currency the final pricing will be USD. Again, we are so sorry for this.. Do get in touch with us in case you need further assistance on this matter. Thank you for choosing Crown and Paw!❤️👑🐾

My print looks nice digitally but the pictures was supposed to ship days ago. It’s now three days past the time the customer dashboard told me it would be sent. It’s now going to miss the birthday I was going to give this for.
