Not only is the artwork excellent but so is the customer service. My son gave me a canvas of my dog for Christmas, so I decided to get one for my husband for his dog. I had a hard time deciding what photo to use and what I wanted him to be, Admiral or Colonel. The staff at Crown & Paw was ALWAYS patient, friendly and prompt in replying to me. They sent multiple proofs showing me our pup as both characters so we could decide. (We chose the Colonel) We lost our beloved dog to lymphoma just 2 weeks ago so this canvas is very special to us.

This is my second order and as usual, they were great. I sent a bunch of pics to them and they worked with me to pic the one that would work best. Communication was awesome. Best customer service I’ve had, and this was before I made the purchase!

The proof for artwork looks great, but I haven't received much updates on the order. It's already past the estimated time on the order dashboard with no updates and I will unfortunately not have this in time to gift it as intended.
