This is my 3rd gift for my relatives and they have fallen in love with the mugs. They are so cutie and hilarious. I am so pleased with the product.

While I admit, I approved the image, there was a corner of the cropped original image left on the actual print. I didn't notice it till after the approval process. The fact that neither the artist or myself caught it was disappointing. However, I found the overall quality of the final product very good and the turn around time from upload to final product good as well. The review process should have the ability to turn off, or mask, the background so you can see the cropped original image against a contrasting background, that would have helped.

The website was easy and straight forward to use. I liked that I got an email when they deemed one of my pictures wasn't suitable and gave me a chance to send a different picture. So far, so good! I can't wait to see the end result!

Images came out GREAT! This is far more than simply photoshopping your pet’s head onto another image. The blending was excellent as were the “paint” brush stroke effects. The artist helped out with three revisions and was very patient with me - to get it JUST right! The communication was prompt and shipping was fast. Would highly recommend to any furry parent! Will use them again!
