I would say that my experience was less than satisfactory, as I was on the site for several hours trying to beat the deadline for your extended Cyber Monday Sale. I had multiple orders and while uploading our pet photos and selecting the theme was relatively easy - the overall process was frustrating. I am considering cancelling ALL orders. Following are my concerns: 1) It appears that it is only possible to place one order at a time. While the site clearly states that orders exceeding $100 receive FREE SHIPPING...it doesn't seem possible to meet that criteria. Example: I was trying to purchase 5 different gifts - resulting in $9.95 shipping fees for each order - for a total of $50 in shipping fees. 2) On the mug order I had the option at the very end to purchase a size up from the 11oz. It appears that Paypal was charged for both the 11oz mug - and again for the larger size mug. I'm still trying to figure it out. 3) Several times while trying to pay for an order I was prompted that there was an issue with the payment...'please try again'. Which I did. 4) Ultimately, Paypal put a stop on my card and I was unable to complete my orders. At this point, I am totally confused by what orders actually processed and paid for. Because of the multiple charges related to this lengthy process, I now have to contact my bank to have them release my card. Additionally, I was unable to complete other on-line shopping because the payapal card was 'frozen' when so many orders were placed in such a short span of time. I have reviewed a few of the charges and they are incorrect! EG: On the mug order I was charged for the upgrade to a larger size with the original order. Within minutes a second charge appeared for JUST the upgrade price.

there were a lot of choices, the quality of what I saw on the website was good and the explanations of how to download a picture, the length of time it would take and the costs were clear and easy to follow

I had a very good experience, it was easy and fun to navigate the website

Would not accept my cards even though there is more than sufficient funds. Was offered discount via text and order wouldn’t allow me to use my card so I had to go back and use PayPal and lost the discount. I ordered because I know my son will love it, but huge pain and disappointment losing the discount. Do better!!!!

Easy to use, love the amount of options and example pictures.

It was lovely, I hope. We shall see how it comes. My gift card did not work, but I fault visa more than your company. I am awaiting the confirmation that the photo I picked was ok. I am so excited for my order to come!

The website was clear and easy to use. Their response time was quick. I’m looking forward to seeing the artwork I chose.
