The reason for the low rating as I have not yet completed it. I’m still waiting on for my project to be modified and sent back. I sent back comments only to get another email with my original photos listed but nothing else so I can’t make any determination of how it was completed since it’s not yet done. I am also puzzled as to why I’m getting this email when it is not completed
