The website was very easy to use. Much easier than getting the dogs to sit still for a photo.

Excellent customer service! I had used them once before around Christmas time and they were so backed up and did not communicate that well, managing expectations; but this time was extremely expeditious and everything was perfect!

The process of communicating about the order and changes to art has been terrific. I only gave 4 stars because I was sent a special coupon to use for Father’s Day but because another coupon was automatically added to the cart, I cannot use the better coupon. There is no feature in the online ordering system that allows you to alter the coupon code being used.

This concept is AWESOME! So cute! It seems it would be more user friendly if each title, such as "Wanted" or "Lone Ranger", had a drop down menu and you could pick your item, such as Canvas or Blanket, rather than having 130+ pages. Not sure if your system would allow, but an idea for the future maybe. Still love the idea though. Can't wait to see my proofs.

I love this company. I am into my third order with them and I am so pleased with finished results. Great quality photo reproduction on good quality canvas and bright colours too. They have immortalized my pets and those of my family in a fun way. So many themes to choose from too. Highly recommend Crown & Paw.
