My image is amazing! I absolutely love the canvas and the way that it turned out. The problem I had was the lack of communication. They send you a proof to see if you like it and I had questions and concerns about my proof but nobody ever responded to my request for an adjustment. I kept getting emails saying that my request was awaiting my feedback, but they simply didn’t respond to my feedback.

I had ordered a canvas print of my dog and was a little disappointed with the product. I left an honest review about what I received and their customer service reached out to me and offered to fix it. I have never had better customer service from anywhere else! This is how companies should be ran!!!

This is a fun website and gift idea for a loved one. I was a little disappointed because I was offered a 25% discount code, but when I was checking out, it would only allow me a 20% discount that had been automatically applied.

This website service needs to be updated to allow it's customers to SEE their chosen photos PRIOR to ordering and committing to ordering. I've already placed my order, so I'm skeptical of my decision without having the opportunity to preview my order with multiple bodies and backgrounds.
Response from Crown & PawJun 19, 2021
Thank you so much for your feedback Matthew. Apologies as artwork previews are only available once the artwork has been created because all photos submitted to us goes through a screening process first to make sure that the photo can be used for our artworks. I can see that your order has been delivered. If you have further questions please reach out by sending us a direct message through our social media accounts and by sending an email to us @ [email protected]. We hope this information helps!❤️👑🐾
