The portrait is beautiful! We have ordered for all our dogs. Franny is a rescue she looks great! Thank you we love it! We purchased on December 2nd but I can't change the date.

The system asked in the shipping area for a contact number; therefore, I have the number of the person to whom this portrait is being made for as a Christmas present . . . so they can tell them where to drop the package. What does the system do . . . before I have even completed my order it has sent here all the information about my purchase for her. Now, my surprise gift is ruined! And, to top that off C&P is only offering 20% off of my next purchase. Not acceptable!

The ordering process was very smooth. The customer service offered via texting is very efficient, and the staff is excellent. I understand how important reviews are for businesses, so I'm going to leave this as a 5 star. The only negative I have noticed is the number of emails that I have received in 2 days. I put the order in my cart yesterday, and I got 3 emails reminding me to place my order. Nobody likes an email overload.

The website is easy to navigate. It’s also nice that you offer different methods of payment such as Klarna & Afterpay

For order 593251 the website says my order is still I. The que after approving artwork on 11/24 and the promised ship date is 11/26-11/39 which as of writing this in 12/3 has far since passed. Customer service is awful, do not reach out to customer service through the online portal. The haven’t responded to inquiries from 11/28 and 11/30. You have to email them directly and the response is auto generated and will only tell you the update on the website. Awful experience you will not get product on time. Refrain from buying here
