Excellent experience so far!
I’ve had a great experience so far! Crown & Paw immediately evaluated the photos I submitted and found some issues. They worked with me to identify appropriate pics for my babies who are no longer with us and so I had the issue of limited possibilities. The proof was awesome the first time around and now I’m just waiting for it to be printed! Update 6/25: I just received my portrait and it is absolutely adorable! It definitely exceeded my expectations. Very high quality work and well packaged to avoid damage during shipping. Customer service was wonderful—very responsive and friendly any time I had questions. I most definitely highly recommend these awesome artists! 😊😊

I haven’t even received it.
I’ve not received it. It’s the second order in a year where the production and shipping times do not match what are set forth and paid for in the beginning. I was hoping the first incorrect order was a fluke but clearly, it’s not.

Excellent artists and customer service
Excellent artists and customer service! I requested some adjustments and they resulted in a beautiful, high quality canvas. This was a gift and my daughter-in-law was thrilled! I have already been recommending Crown & Paw and will be ordering more portraits of my pets.

I love buying these for Gifts
This is the third picture I've purchased from Crown & Paw for friends, and I love them. They are great to work with, and quick turn around. The canvas is great quality and everyone loves their gift.
