It’s a brilliant website, easy to navigate, instructions are clear and it’s easy to place your order - once you’ve spent absolute ages trying to choose from the amazing range on offer that is! One small minus; unless I missed it, I didn’t see anywhere where it states that its 10-14 days before you get your art preview. Also, on the shipping & delivery page it quotes Europe 5-10 working days (apart from Nov/Dec), but on my order confirmation it says 2-3 weeks. Bearing the above in mind, sadly it looks like I’ve ordered a little too late for my daughters 40th birthday in 5 weeks.

Awesome customer service! I asked the Crown & Paw team to edit my dog's picture a couple of times, and they were very helpful and receptive. Now I can't wait to get my dog's beautiful picture and see the results in person. Thank you Crown & Paw for your excellent customer service.
