Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Well laid out site, easy to place order.

Came in a reasonable time frame without having to pay a ton for shipping. Quality work as I ordered a picture for another person before this one.

customer service non-existent.

I updated the size of the print and it didn't update properly, I switched it in the drop down and it listed the size but when I checked out it didn't update.

Ordered november 17th. No update. No response to emails. No response to fb msgs and of course you dont have a phone number. This is my 2nd order from u and will be my last. Completely unacceptable

I ran into trouble placing my order. My credit card kept getting rejected. I texted back & forth with a customer service rep or reps for several hours, but they couldn't figure out the problem. (The card was working fine for other purchases.) Finally I called my bank, who told me they automatically reject any charge from outside the country. I had no idea that this company was located in a different country! I had to request that my bank temporarily lift the block and was then able to place my order successfully. Perhaps you could add this solution to your troubleshooting list for future customers?

Quick & easy order process!

Great result, and loved that I could ask them to edit it til it was just right! So adorable!
