Ordered a portrait on 16th July for birthday present for 1st August, took money but not contact since. Used web site to request an update and status on the order - twice. Zero response both occasions, didn’t even confirm portrait or send sample of what picture will look like yet - happy to take the £87 fast enough or Dollars as they seem based in Houston but money on bank account shows they may be based in Leeds ???- I feel I have been scammed by these silent thieves. Rubbish service, rubbish customer service - just pure rubbish

This is my 2nd time ordering from Crown and Paw. They do great work, and I wanted a new picture of my 2 cat siblings. I like how they let me know how it was coming along before they began.

Good website! I appreciate the pet photo guidelines were clearly stated, and several examples were given. My only complaint is when I was searching for items suitable for two + pets, the search results still had a lot of single-pet only items. Not a big deal though!
