Incredibly simple to find what you want and place an order. I didn't expect a mockup so soon, but it looked wonderful. I'm excited for my order.

I wished I could enlarge the picture on my phone so I could see the details of the outfits. The first picture I submitted was to pixelated. I submitted a second picture was never assured that the second picture was uploaded correctly and will be used as my choice. I can only hope that it is because this is a gift.

The ordering process was very easy! You were super responsive and kept me up to date on everything. I just received it yesterday and I can’t wait to give it to my friend!! Also wanted to note, my first order was a cell phone case. The new phone my friend bought wasn’t compatible to the case I ordered. The picture I submitted with that order also wasn’t big enough. I reached out explaining my situation and you were kind enough to offer me a refund!! I’m very happy with my order and would highly recommend crown and paw!!
