Website is extremely user friendly. A text was sent from a real person as I was had an order in the queue, but was still browsing. They sent a coupon for 20%...even at 2:30 in the morning!

I sent two emails to the “contact us” email on the website because I wanted to change something and I still have not heard back!

I decided to purchase artwork from Crown & Paw even though it was on the expensive side because it appeared to be good quality and provided revisions if you don’t like the final product. Sadly, I was clearly very mistaken. When I received my first rendering, I was extremely disappointed. It looked absolutely horrible and was a different style than what was advertised. I was saddened, but reassured myself that I could get it revised. Apparently not! I sent in my revisions and they just sent back the exact same initial picture, which was so bad I could’ve paid a random person on the street $5 and they probably would have done a better job. They then kept doing that despite me being very clear I did not approve the picture and explicitly listing my revisions. I have contacted customer service multiple times and they continue not to respond even though it’s been past their response time frame. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I was wracking my brain for gift ideas when I remembered these awesome pets-as-nobility portraits I had seen. My sister and brother-in-law lost their beloved pet this past year so I thought it would make the perfect gift. I was poking around on my phone, came across your site, and within 10 minutes had completed my order. The process, even on a mobile device, was easy and seamless. I can't wait for my family to receive their gift! And I'm so happy you ship worldwide, as they're in the UK! Thank you!

It was great until my in laws received a text with the photo of their dog as well as the details on what i purchased for them! All i did was input their phone number for shipping purposes! Why the eff would you text someone this??? I never stated that was my phone number. Side note- I received this survey at 6:14pm. You sent them the texts at 6:17pm saying the order was not completed. IT IS COMPLETED OR I WOULDNT HAVE GOTTEN CONFIRMATION TO MY EMAIL FOR THIS SURVEY

Not as advertised. I sent in a photo of my friend's dog with a toy in her mouth. I'd have thought for custom art work you would at least remove the toy... It was a simple cut and paste job. Disappointed. Will update the photo and retry... Hope I still get this in time to be a Christmas gift... In reviewing the art work, I needed both an order number and email... The order number wasn't included in any but 1 email from you, so it made it difficult to go check the artwork. Would have been nice to make the process more user friendly.
