Everything was excellent. From the order to the final product. Website was so easy to use. Tons of options. They were easy to work with when my initial photo would not work. Then, I just received the final product. It was amazing. Looked like a painting. This was a gift for my husband. We just put his dog to sleep and he has been having a very hard time. He cried when he saw the photo. Thank you for making this a wonderful item to remember our dog with.

Love the site and all the options for products. The only thing I wish was easier was having more sub categories once you click on the theme you want. Like once you click on TV and Movies, you would then be directed to things like “Fantasy characters”, “retro TV”, “Horror movie theme”, etc. Theres just a lot to choose from and it’s a little overwhelming going through the pages one at a time. But everything was easy to read, customize and great!
