Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Excellent!!!!

Great experience! Very easy to work with. Love the final product.

Quick communication and coordination.

It would be nice to be able to view my account and past orders. I’ve ordered several times and the results are nice but I always get emails asking if I want to view order before it ships and I cannot. It request an order number which I never have. In fact, I am never even sure if the items went through.

Crown & Paws web site is easy to navigate! When searching for a costume being able to filter for specific categories allows for access to just what you are interested in - thus avoiding scrolling through the entire inventory. The Web site was easy to use through out the entire process of ordering a custom photo option with my dog! I will be a returning customer.

I thought the experience was easy and overall great. The website is fast and smooth, I liked the different ways I could filter for products - even by gender. I like that I could select for different messages and notifications, like status through text. I felt that all the info I needed was available and straight forward. I guess I'm hesitant about the final product and I wish I could see more pictures of the product before receiving; like back of canvas etc. But overall really well done - good website speeds don't get the credit they deserve!

A great service, it was something I first saw on Facebook. This is great for pet owners to show off their pets as family members, blending perception and imagination to reflect an image of their little ones. I have already recommended this to multiple people. The only recommendation I have is to offer a frame/ display bundle. I have already bought a frame and matting from Michaels. Maybe I didn’t see this option but if it doesn’t exist it would be a great option to have.

A neighbor showed us a photo of their dog in renaissance wear. It was stunning. They gave us your site. We ordered one of our cat,Dave, in career wear. It turned out well! We have since passed on this site to others. We recently just ordered one of our grand dogs.It will be a fun surprise for our daughter and son in law.
