I used the mobile version, but I see the browser based version you can filter by male/female, number of pets, and theme. That would be nice to translate over to mobile. Also wish there was an “estimate” pre-view. So you can have an idea of what the photo you chose may look like with the theme, even if it’s not precise.

I'm petty sure that I was a pain-in-the-butt client. The team worked through my various revisions and changes to make sure I was happy with the results, and man, was I ever. This made a truly wonderful birthday gift for my wife, and I couldn't be more grateful.

The canvas print was not like I had thought it would be. I paid for the extra downloaded copy and it's a full print showing more of the image. I did not expect that on the canvas alot of it would be cut off in the actual canvas. Unless I missed it this was not explained in the approval process.........update They handled the situation very well explained that the download version is not how the actual print will look due to the sizing and other factors. They asked if I wanted them to fix it. I decided it was fine. It really is cute, I asked that they in the future make sure customers are aware that the print will be slightly different when on canvas due to sizing factors alot of the background will disappear and possibly part of the image as well. They agreed to review this and make sure people are aware. I am happy with their quick response and customer service. 😊
