Happy with the digital portrait but it took ages to get there. Lots of tooing and frowing with customer service, and I was getting fed up. My name is Sarah and I was addressed as Joshua, and various other names in the emails. Was asked to send more photos of the pet which I did but again lots of tooing and frowing of 5 or so days and they used the first image I sent originally.
