Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

I love all of the options, but it would be nice to see if there was a way to customize your own.

Site would Not accept the BUNNYBOGO Code you sent me. I had to Order this twice before it would allow the Code to work.

This was the most funnest gift i have been able to gift! My sister loves it so much!

Somewhat pricey, but a great product.

I'm not that happy with your website, but loved the help Klent, your Customer Service representative gave me by email.

The ordering was easy, but that’s about where it ended for a positive experience. It definitely was more of a cut and paste and change his color rather than adjust the photo to fit the body and creatively make the photo seem “natural” like the examples on the site. The results were absolute not worth the price tag. I did end up requesting a revision and asking to correct it, and then after a back and forth with customer service of no help I asked to use a different photo. After submitting 4 more pictures, I was told all the photos were too “low quality” despite being taken close up, in natural lighting where you could see all the pups features - following the instructions for all my photos with just slightly different angles because I didn’t know what would work best.. but despite that I was told that my photos would cause the results to look poor. I asked what more was needed and they referred back to the instructions with no other solution offered. I wasted my money. After sending several emails back and forth to try to have the revisions started, I gave up and I requested a refund. It’s still ongoing and I’m currently on request 3 to get my money back yet I am still receiving customer service emails repeating that unlimited revisions are possible and that all I need to do is submit more photos of better quality. I have no faith that they can deliver any type of quality product, despite the examples that looked fun on the site. Looks like I will be contacting my credit card company to reverse the charge.

Excellent! Very easy and wonderful finished product. Will most likely purchase additional items.

This was, beyond a shadow of a doubt, one of the best experiences I’ve had with an on- line purchase! With that being said, I ended up having to get a refund(trust me I will order again)because the pictures I submitted weren’t of a quality their artists felt comfortable using. Most companies wouldn’t take the time and the personal attention I received - or a refund as speedily and without confrontation as I received! I can’t recommend them highly enough!
